Description

Westbourn Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Little Clacton Holland Road. It is constructed with an oak timber frame and plaster infill, and is roofed with thatch, including two gabled dormers. A central cross-quadrant red brick chimney stack is present. The cottage is one storey in height with attics. It has two windows, each being a two-light leaded casement. A later porch and a 20th-century door are located at the rear. The date 1649 is inscribed on the left return gable.
