Description

The Blue Boar Hotel (part) is a house that has been incorporated into a hotel, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a timber frame with ashlar rendering, and its roof is partly covered with plain tiles and partly with Welsh slate, continuing from the adjacent properties at Nos 7, 9, and 11.

On the exterior, the first floor includes a tripartite small-paned sash window and an early 18th-century eight-pane sash window, which may have been reused. The ground floor showcases a canted flat-roofed bay window with large 19th-century panes and square upper fanlights, along with a 20th-century tripartite small-paned sash window.

Inside, the ground floor has been integrated into the dining room of the Blue Boar Hotel, where some of the original framing is exposed.
