Description

The crinkle-crankle walls adjoining Purleigh Hall Barn date from around 1800 and are constructed of red brick in stretcher bond. These walls extend approximately 14 meters to the east and west of the southern brick end of Purleigh Hall Barn, ending in square piers. Each wall consists of three bays and stands about 3 meters high, topped with half-round moulded brick coping.
