Description

This barn or granary, located approximately 60 metres south west of Great Braxted Hall, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is covered in weatherboarding. The building features a hipped roof made of red plain tiles and consists of five bays. The structure includes hanging knees that support stop-chamfered tie beams.
