Description

Little Seas is a cottage located in Tillingham, dating from the 17th or 18th century, with some later alterations. The building is timber framed and faced with red brick, featuring weatherboarded returns. It has a red plain tiled roof with two gabled dormers and a central red brick chimney stack. On the left side, there is a bay window, while the right side has a segmental headed window, both consisting of small paned casements with vertically sliding sashes. To the right of the cottage, there is a segmental headed doorway that features a 20th-century plank and muntin door.
