Shop. C17 and possibly earlier. Timber-framed and rendered with plain tile roofs and large stack at junction of 2 roofs. Cross-wing and 'hall' format linking with No.88 (qv). EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. The cross-wing is gabled back and front with original moulded front barge-boards. The 1st floor has flush 16-pane sash window with moulded surround. The 1st floor is jettied and one original jetty bracket survives, together with smaller C19 replicas either side of C20 plate-glass door. Off-centre canted plate-glass bay window. The hall part has similar sash window on 1st floor and canted flat-roofed bay window with plate glass on ground floor. North-east flank has 2-light window with iron casement with leaded lights and one fixed single pane. To the rear is a C19 two-storey Flemish-bond red-brick extension with tile roof hipped to rear. The flank of this is now painted. Lean-to catslide roof to rear over part hall range. INTERIOR: 2-bay cross-wing probably C17 with widely spaced studs. Adjoining part is half of C15 cross-wing seen also in No.88, later adapted to hall.
