Description
Sewells Farmhouse is a house consisting of two ranges, dating from the 17th century or earlier, with alterations and additions from the 18th century and later. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring some painted brick facing. The house has two levels and is topped with red plain tiled roofs. There are central, left, and rear red brick chimney stacks. It has two storeys and single-storey lean-to extensions on both the left and right sides. The façade includes a 2:3 window arrangement with small paned windows and 19th-century three-light casements. The left side has a vertically boarded door with a segmental head, while the right side features a 20th-century door with a top light and a flat canopy above.
