Description
Netteswell Rectory, built around 1760, is a rectory constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring some glazed headers and double peg-tiled mansard roofs that are fly hipped with an intervening valley. The south front has a central front door set in a well-preserved original case with a pediment supported by two rounded columns adorned with triglyphs and dentils. There are later bay windows on either side of the entrance. The first storey displays a range of three pairs of horned two-pane sash windows under segmental heads. The building is topped with a stone-coped parapet and three flat-topped dormers with casements. At the north-west of each roof, there are two red brick chimney stacks. Inside, the rectory features plaster ceiling cornices.
