Description

The stable block at Mark Hall is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It features red brick walls laid in English bond. The roof is ridged and gabled, with 19th-century side purlins and verge boards, and the eaves are covered with peg tiles. On the ground floor, the windows are four-pane casements. At the top of the building, there is a cupola supported by six Doric columns, topped with a hexagonal leaded dome, which includes a bell and a weather vane.
