Description

West House is an early 19th century house. It is constructed of stock brick in a Flemish bond pattern, and is two storeys high. The roof is slated and hipped, with prominent eaves featuring acanthus scroll details. The first storey has three hornless sash windows, with small panes, the central window being round-headed. The front door has four panels, with a rectangular window above, set within a wide casing featuring a flat hood supported by acanthus brackets. Matching sash windows flank the entrance.
