Description

Brook Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located off Mutton Row in Stanford Rivers. It is timber-framed with a rough render finish, and has weatherboarding on the rear elevation. The roof is hipped and covered with red pantiles. The cottage is two storeys high and has a two-window front. It features 19th-century casement windows and two vertically boarded doors. A central chimney stack is constructed of red brick.
