Description

The White House is a house that was originally a pair of cottages, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped by a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. The building has two storeys and features a two-window range with 18th-century vertical sliding sash windows that include glazing bars. The sides of the house are weatherboarded, and it has simple boarded doors. A central chimney stack made of red brick is also present.
