Description

LANGHAM LANGHAM MOOR ROAD 1. 5214 TM 03 SW 4/38 Chaplins Farmhouse II GV 2. C16 and earlier house timber-framed and plastered. Plan is complex with 2 parallel ranges east-west and a range north-south, conjoined. Roofs peg-tiled, ridged and gabled. The 2 gables facing the east front each have 3 part windows (leaded casements) on first storey and a set of 4 casements on ground storey. The long range has one large gabled dormer, and 4 irregularly placed sets of leaded casements A red brick chimney stack on ridge of each cross wing. (RCHM 16).
