Description

Kingland is an 18th-century building located on Abberton Road, Fingringhoe. It is a two-storey structure with a parapet and a red plain tile roof. The front elevation has five double-hung sash windows and a central pediment. A doorcase featuring an open pediment is centrally positioned. The front has been rendered at a later date.
