Octagonally planned single storeyed building, rendered elevations and red machine-tiled roof with 2-stage octagonal red brick chimney stack at apex of conoid octagonal roof. Some original windows survive: pairs of 8 pane hornless sashes, in exposed boxes. A modern extension to north-west.
