Description

The Roundhouse is an 18th-century, octagonally planned, single-storey building located on Salmons Lane in Great Tey. It features rendered elevations and a red machine-tiled roof, topped with a two-stage octagonal red brick chimney stack at the apex of its conoid octagonal roof. Some original windows remain, consisting of pairs of 8-pane hornless sashes set in exposed boxes. There is a modern extension to the northwest.
