Description

The garden wall to the north of Riverdale Cottage is a Grade II listed structure. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a square-topped plinth made up of seven courses, topped with flat stone slabs. The wall is dated 1781 and 1772. It serves as the northern boundary of the garden at Riverdale Cottage and the southern boundary of the public footpath that runs between the cottage and the grounds of Brook House.
