Description

Home Farmhouse is a 14th or 15th century hall house featuring gabled crosswings. It is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has a two-storey wing, while the rest is one storey with attics. The wings were originally jettied but have been underbuilt and are hipped at the rear. The house has a three-window range with modern casements and a centre rear wing extension. There is a flat-headed dormer, and the service wing at the east end has an exposed frame internally.
