Description

The Cottage is a mid-18th century cottage constructed of painted brick, featuring a red plain tile gambrel roof that is half hipped at the ends. The building is one storey high with attics and has a four-window range of 19th century casements set within segmental arches. There are two catslide dormers, each with casements. The cottage has end chimney stacks made of red brick. An early 19th century extension is located at the east end, which has a red pantile roof and one window range with a casement in a later extension at the rear.
