Description

Medlars is an 18th-century house with a later rear extension. It is two bays long and constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring a dentilled eaves cornice and a red brick chimney at each end. The house has a later red brick porch in the center, with casement windows on either side at ground level, each adorned with segmental arches, one transom, and one mullion. The front elevation includes two dormers with tile roofs set into a gambrelled peg-tiled roof.
