Description

This building is a house from the early 19th century, located adjacent to and to the north of Peatling and Cawdron in Great Horkesley. It is a two-storey structure with a long range and a roughcast exterior. The central front door is set in a wooden case with a flat hood supported by brackets. On either side of the door, there is a pair of six-pane sash windows in exposed boxes. The first storey features a range of three matching sash windows. The roof is slate-clad, with eaves that are ridged and gabled, and there is one chimney stack set into each gable apex.
