Hillside Villa is a 17th century house located on Maldon Road at Heckford Bridge. The building is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. It stands two storeys tall and features a parapet wall. The front has a range of three modern casement windows, and there is a 19th century bay window on the north side.
