Description
Fiddlers Farmhouse is a building dating from around 1900, located in Eight Ash Green on Fiddlers Hill. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure with two bays, consisting of one storey and attics, and has a central chimney bay with a tapered red brick chimney stack. The roof is ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles. On the east slope of the roof, there is one flat-topped dormer. The ground storey door is adorned with six fielded panels, and there are two leaded casements on the first storey, along with a leaded casement to the left and right of the door.
To the northeast, there is a short range extending from the main building, which is also one storey and has three modern leaded casements, with a peg-tiled ridge and gable roof. Further extending to the northeast is a plastered brick and timber range with one bay, featuring a matching peg-tiled roof and a modern chimney centrally located, along with a set of three leaded casements. Above the entrance door, there is a plaster medallion bearing the date '1700'.
