Description

The barn west of Horn Farmhouse is an early 14th-century, three-bay aisled structure. It features a hipped midstrey to the west and a half hip at the north end. The barn underwent extensive rebuilding in the mid-16th century. Notable architectural details include reversed assembly at the eaves, passing braces, and lap joints. The 16th-century roof is a simple crown post design.
