Description

Scarletts is an 18th-century red brick house, or possibly earlier. It is two storeys high. The roof is hipped and covered in peg tiles with crested ridge-bonnets, and has red brick chimneys located to the left and right, and one central to the rear pitch. The first storey has five hornless sash windows in exposed boxes beneath a prominent wooden eaves. On the ground storey, a central door is set within a wide surround. A band of brickwork, three courses high, runs along the front, below a range of four exposed box sash windows with gauged straight arches.
