Description

Holly Cottage is an 18th to 19th century timber-framed and plastered cottage located at right angles to the range that includes Nos 1 and 3. The cottage has been renovated and altered in the 20th century and features one storey with attics. The windows are primarily 20th century wooden casements, and there is a 20th century bay window that projects from the front. The roof is tiled and has a mansard style with two flat-headed dormers. Holly Cottage is included for its group value with Adam's Cottage (No 1, Myra Cottage), No 3 (Blacksmiths Cottage), and Nos 24, 24A, 26 (Kyrtles Cottage), and Hill House.
