Description

An early 19th century brick building, colourwashed externally, located on Maldon Road. It is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The ground floor features two 19th century shop bay windows, a doorway with pilasters and a cornice shaped like a hoof. The roof is slate. The building is included in the register for its group value, forming part of a group with numbers 26 (Kyrtles Cottage), 28 (Hill House), 1 (Myra Cottage), 3 (Blacksmiths Cottage) and 5 (Holly Cottage).
