This is a cottage located approximately 80 yards east of Fanners Farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is timber framed and plastered, with one storey and attics. The cottage features casement windows and has an open porch with a tiled lean-to roof. There is a single-storey addition that extends to the north-west. The roof is tiled and has a mansard design, with two sloping roofed dormers.
