2. A late Cl6 timber-framed house built on an L-shaped plan with a wing extending to the south at the west end. A C17 brick outbuilding was added to the south wing has original windows. The timber-framing is exposed with plaster infill. The upper storey is jettied on the whole of the north front. 2 storeys. 4 window range, casements with glazing bars Roofs tiled, hipped with small gablets. The south wing block and the outbuilding are gabled, with gabled dormer to the outbuilding. (RCHM 4).
