Description
Humpreys Farmhouse is a late 16th century timber-framed house designed in an L-shaped plan, featuring a wing that extends to the south at the west end. A 17th century brick outbuilding has been added to the south wing, which retains its original windows. The timber framing is exposed and filled with plaster. The upper storey juts out on the entire north front. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with casements that include glazing bars. The roofs are tiled, hipped, and feature small gablets. Both the south wing block and the outbuilding have gabled roofs, with a gabled dormer on the outbuilding.
