Patch Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with a 19th-century addition and 20th-century renovation. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure, along with painted brick elements. The roof is thatched and half hipped to the left, with a red pantiled section. The cottage is one storey with an attic, a rear outshut, and a single-storey gable end extension on the left side.
