Description

College Farmhouse is a house that was formerly a farmhouse, likely built in the 18th century, with 19th-century and later alterations. It features a timber frame with plaster and a painted brick plinth, topped by a plain tiled roof. The house has a rebuilt red brick ridge stack and stands two storeys tall, following a three-unit, lobby entry plan with a rear outshut. There are two doors, one of which is a boarded door on the left side. The building has three casement windows on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Interior details from the 18th century were noted in a report from 1976.
