Description
No. 62 Broomfield Road is a terrace of four town houses built in 1838. The houses are constructed from grey gault brick and feature a grey slate hipped roof. The building has three storeys and a four-window range, with 19th-century vertical sliding sash windows that include glazing bars, alongside one 20th-century casement window. There is a central tunnel access, and the original doors are framed by simple doorcases that have pilasters, a frieze, and flat hoods. The property also has grey gault brick chimney stacks. At the rear, there is a late 19th-century extension that also has grey slate hipped roofs.
