Description

Ilgars Manor is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th centuries, with significant additions built in the mid-19th century on the east side. The original 17th-18th century wing features a jettied upper storey and an old external chimney stack. Most windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The original wing includes a canted bay positioned under the jetty, while the 19th-century block has a more modern bay window. The roof is covered with a combination of tiles and slate.
