Description

This is an early 19th-century timber-framed house, originally known as The Chandlers Stores and located on the Main Road, now the Spice Restaurant on The Street in Woodham Ferrers. The first storey is plastered, while the ground storey is weatherboarded. A 19th-century double-bay shop front with a central entrance has been added. The house is two storeys high with a three-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with vertical glazing bars. The roof is tiled.
