1 and 2 White Horse Cottages are 18th century timber-framed and plastered cottages, featuring one storey and attics. The cottages have small casement windows and three plain boarded doors. The thatched roof includes one dormer window, and the south-west gable end has an external chimney stack. These cottages are part of a group that includes the Old White Horse, St Michaels Cottages, Vale House, The Folly, Tyle Barn, Rose Cottage, Butlers, House and Mount Stores, Old Post House, Parsonage Cottage, and House of Retreat.
