Description
The Old White Horse is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered building that has undergone later alterations and additions. The base is made of weatherboarding, while the front features roughcast. It stands two storeys high and has three window openings with casements. The ground floor includes two small splayed bay windows. The roof is tiled. The Old White Horse is part of a group that includes 1 and 2 White Horse Cottages, St Michaels Cottages, Vale House, The Folly, Tyle Barn, Rose Cottage, Butlers, House and Mount Stores, along with the Old Post House, Parsonage Cottage, and House of Retreat.
