Description

St Michaels Cottages is a range of 18th century timber-framed and plastered houses located on the north-west side of The Street in Pleshey. The cottages are two storeys high and feature five window ranges with casements and plain doorways. The roofs are tiled, and the south-west gable end has an external chimney stack. St Michaels Cottages is part of a group that includes the Old White Horse, 1 and 2 White Horse Cottages, Vale House, The Folly, Tyle Barn, Rose Cottage, Butlers, House and Mount Stores, the Old Post House, Parsonage Cottage, and the House of Retreat.
