Common Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 16th to 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century. It has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window range with casement windows. The roof is double-pitched and tiled in a mansard style. Inside, the farmhouse retains exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, joists, and an original open fireplace.
