Description
The Coachhouse Springfield Place is an 18th-century coachhouse built of red brick in Flemish bond. It is a long, rectangular building with two storeys, featuring a central bay that is set forward and topped with a pediment. A circular window is located in the pediment. The returns of the central bay display long and short quoins. There are two blocked carriage entrances visible on the building. The central bay has four windows arranged in a two-over-two pattern, while the flanking bays each have a central front door and five windows arranged in a three-over-two pattern. All windows have been replaced with modern casements. The roof is hipped and covered with peg tiles.
