Description

No 36 on Great Baddow High Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars in printed reveals, topped with painted flat arches. The central window on the first storey has a semi-circular head and is blocked, displaying painted glazing bars. The entrance boasts a central six-panel door, which is sheltered by an ornamental iron porch with a swept leaded roof. A raised brick band runs between the two storeys. The roof is covered with modern tiles, has a low pitch, and is hipped.
