Description
Houses adjoining Greenwoods on the south-east is an early to mid 19th century house that is finished in stucco. It features end pilasters and has a 20th century addition at the north-east end that matches the style of the original structure. The original block has five windows on the south-east front and four on the south-west side. The addition has two windows on the south-east front and one on the north-east end. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals with segmental heads. A raised stucco band runs across the front between the storeys. There is a Tuscan portico that projects from the front, supported by plain columns and topped with a cornice hood. The roof is slate, hipped, and has wide overhanging eaves supported on brackets.
