Description

Swan Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century red brick house, which may have an earlier timber frame. The building has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. At the west end, there is a small bay, and at the east end, there is a garage entrance. The roof is tiled and has a mansard design, with three sloping roofed dormers and a brick dentil eaves course. Swan Cottage is part of a group that includes Nos 14 to 24 (even).
