The plan is two rooms deep. Each cottage has a single-storey rear extension with a flat roof. The ground floor of each cottage features one original sash window with 12 panes, while the first floor has one original sash window with 3 + 6 panes, incorporating some crown glass. Each return has a half-glazed four-panel door. The roof has a low pitch. The cottages are included on the list for their group value.
