Description

White Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with later additions and alterations. It is timber-framed and plastered, with additions made of plastered brick. The roof is covered in red pantiles, and there are red brick chimney stacks in the centre and to the left. The cottage has two storeys and a three-window front, featuring small-paned horizontal sliding sash windows. An off-centre boarded door has a light above. The timber frame is visible internally, and an original red brick fireplace with a straight mantel beam remains.
