Description

No. 20 Witham Road is a cottage that dates from the 17th or 18th century, or possibly earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a pebble dash plaster finish. The roof is hipped and thatched. There are red brick chimney stacks located at the rear left and on the external right side. The cottage has two storeys and features a three-window range of small-paned casements, with the ground floor windows having pentice boards above them. The central entrance consists of a boarded door with a top light and a pentice board over it.
