Description
The Bakery and the unnamed house adjoining to the east is a building that dates back to the 17th century and has been altered in the 20th century. It features a timber frame that is plastered and is roofed with handmade red clay tiles. The main section of the building faces southeast, with a wing extending to the rear on the left side. There is a 19th-century extension at the right end and 20th-century lean-to extensions between the rear wings and at the back. A 19th or 20th-century shop extension projects forward at the left end. The building is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there are double shop windows, including one 20th-century casement and one 20th-century sash window. The first floor has two 20th-century casements and one 20th-century sash window, along with three 20th-century doors. Inside, the building features chamfered beams with lamb's tongue stops, jowled posts, and a clasped purlin roof.
