Description

This barn, located approximately 100 metres north of Stettles Farmhouse, dates from around 1835. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a tarred brick base and a grey slate roof. The structure features a midstrey with a pigeon cote and has hanging knees to the tie beams. It consists of 8 bays and includes a carved date of 1835 along with the initials W.H. on one of the tie beams.
