The building is two storeys high with attics, and the first floor has a range of four windows featuring small paned vertical sliding sashes. On the ground floor, there are two small paned vertical sliding sashes on the right side, and an angled bay on the left with a parapet and glazed margins leading to French doors. The central entrance has double doors with glazed margins above the top lights and is sheltered by a flat canopy supported by brackets.
