Description

High Hall is a cottage that dates back to the 16th century or earlier, with later alterations. It is constructed from timber framing and plaster, topped with a thatched roof. The building features a crosswing on the right side and has one gabled dormer on the main range. It stands two storeys high with an attic, displaying a three-window range of 20th-century casements, some of which retain the original mullions. The entrance is marked by an off-centre 20th-century plank and muntin door. A distinctive red brick chimney stack with five attached diagonal shafts is located off-centre.
