Description

Cart lodge located approximately 35 metres south-south-west of Hyde Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of flint rubble with red brick dressings and has a roof made of black glazed pantiles. The lodge features four bays facing east, three of which are open, with one bay having a large boarded door. It is attached to the southern end of a byre. The structure is a single storey, and the southern gable is made of weatherboarded timber framing. The roof is designed with clasped purlins.
