Cottage, C17. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with C20 red clay corrugated tiles. 3 bays aligned approx. N-S, aspect W, with chimney stack in middle bay forming a lobby-entrance. Extended by one short bay to S, C18. Single-storey with attics. Door in glazed lean-to porch, 2 casement windows, 2 more in flat- roofed dormers, all C20. Chimney rebuilt above roof level. Axial beam in bay S of stack plain-chamfered with lamb's tongue stops, exposed joists. In bay N of stack, axial beam boxed in. Jowled posts.
